Title of talk
The Light at the End of the Funnel

Funnels provide a great model for optimizing your product. They're also limiting, simplistic, and shallow. You can still apply funnels to make your products better, but if you stop there you'll be led into mistakes and miss valuable opportunities. In this talk, step by step, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the value of the funnel. You'll discover how to build on the funnel to more sophisticated models that better match real products in the real world. In the end, you'll emerge from the funnel with a light to illuminate your path to a better product.
